could help reducing the noise of your PC

No Noise 2 is a user interface-less software application that operates in the background suppressing the
particular noise
generated by some PCs on their audio output. This noise intensifies when the pointing device or HDD is active. The noise is generated internally by the computer and routed directly to the audio output(s). Replacing the sound card, hard drive(s), pointing device and all related cables does not make any difference. The noise is exasperating and very irritating. Some users completely disable the computer audio in order to continue to work. No Noise is a software application that suppresses
that particular noise
to negligible levels. The development of No Noise was undertaken on a PC built with motherboard VIA® KT 133(VT 8368) 663AS/663AS PRO where the noise was observed.
The following diagram shows the "pure noise" produced on the PC speakers output - no audio is playing and
No Noise is not running

The following diagram shows the output signal of the same system in exactly the same conditions and

If a computer experiences this problem, then No Noise might be the easy solution for it.
No Noise uses
Fourier
Transformations, extensively performing enormous numbers of calculations. It runs in the background at the lowest priority level facilitating all unused processor cycles without disrupting the performance of the foreground applications running at higher priority levels (usually about 15 levels above). For this reason when No Noise is in operation the processor is used 100% or thereabout which can be seen from the Task Manager.
